We represent landlords in eviction actions. Please note that it is very important that you give your tenant the appropriate notice. Also, the notice must be signed and notarized. It must have an affidavit of service and describe how the service was made. You can ask for money and return of possession or for possession only.

Please note that City of Chicago has a very strict Landlord-Tenant Ordinance and a lot of landlords fail to comply with its provisions.
