Child Support

Child support must be paid by the parent not living with the children. For one child, the minimum is 25% of the non-custodial parent’s gross income after standard deductions. For two children it is 2*%, for three 32%, etc. Child support enforcement in this State is a big thing and can land the non paying parent in jail, he/she could lose driving privileges, etc.
